What happens after I enquire, and how does care start?

A care coordinator calls you back within working hours to understand what the patient needs. They then arrange a free assessment, at which we go through the care requirement and the daily routine and put together a care plan. We match a background-verified caregiver, nurse or therapist to that plan and brief them on the patient's routine, preferences and medical notes before care begins. What shift patterns are available?

It depends on the service. Trained attendants are booked as 12-hour or 24-hour shifts, and newborn and mother care is available as day shifts, night shifts or 24-hour care. For our other services the pattern is not fixed in advance, you agree it with your care coordinator based on what the patient needs. Tell the coordinator the hours and days you need at the free assessment and the schedule is set from there.

How are your care professionals vetted and qualified?

Accepted Answer

Every caregiver we place is background-verified, and our trained attendants are police-verified. Which professional you get depends on the service: qualified nurses for home nursing, certified physiotherapists for physiotherapy, and trained attendants and caregivers for daily personal and mobility care. Caregivers and attendants are matched to the patient's language and care needs and briefed on their routine before care starts, and attendant placements get regular quality checks from our supervisors.

What happens if an assigned caregiver isn't suitable?

Accepted Answer

Tell us and we will arrange a replacement. If you have a reasonable concern about an assigned staff member's performance, conduct, suitability or availability, contact our customer support team promptly on +91 96244 52445. We will investigate the concern and, where feasible, arrange a suitable replacement in accordance with the arrangement agreed with you. A replacement request does not automatically entitle you to a refund: that is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
